Return Policy

Making sure you love our shoes is our top priority. While we stand behind the high quality and design of our products, we stand by you, too. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, our return and exchange process is simple.


Here are a few tips to ensure a smooth and swift return:

  • Please do not wear your shoes prior to making a return request. Unworn shoes must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on items showing signs of wear or use.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, which includes any special wrapping components as well as the packing list included in your order.
  • If you decide that you do wish to return your ShoeMint product, Customer Service will provide you with a shipping label via email. Return shipping is always on us.
  • Returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process. You can track your return via the delivery confirmation number on the pre-paid US Postal Service label provided for you by Customer Service.
  • As we are offering premium, limited-quantity shoes at an incredible value, a $9.95 restocking fee is applied to all non-damaged items returned for a refund. This fee is not applied to exchanges.
